Around the Clock Access

A toll free phone number (800-359-3854) will get you in contact with us 24 hours a day. Agents are standing by to assist you, whether you need remote support, parts or on site service.

Technical Response Center

We have a full staff of technical assistance that are available during our extended business hours from 7:00am - 7:00pm, Central Standard Time. Our team resolves a high number of issues remotely resulting in less downtime for you. Even when a remote fix is not possible we are able to assist the field with parts - needs analysis, failure tracking, problem escalation and over the phone troubleshooting.

Service Coordinating

A team of service coordinators are focused on arranging for service and installations efficiently and effectively. With the help of world-class service management, this group is able to coordinate the activities of the field service technicians based on what is right for the customer.

Field Technical Support Staff

Our field staff is fully trained and certified on devices currently sold by FUJIFILM Graphic Systems U.S.A., Inc. The experience within our group gives us the ability to respond to and resolve the most difficult of problems. The field group also works closely with the local technical sales groups to ensure that no matter where the service call has originated, we are able to provide a quick response and a comprehensive resolution.

Flexible Service Contracts

Fujifilm Technical Solutions and Support has flexible contract options for the second year of ownership and beyond. Our Customer Support Agreements are designed to suit most customers on a vast variety of digital and analog equipment.

“Remote” CSA Features

Our’s Remote support agreement offers the benefits of our Remote Monitoring Software known as Taskero.  This agreement also allows the customer to take advantage of a 25% discount on parts needed for any equipment at a single site.

“Basic” CSA Features

Fujifilm’s Basic support agreement is an innovative service contract that provides preventive maintenance at no cost and offers a 50% discount on all parts, labor and travel charges!   The lower up-front cost makes this program an efficient way to protect your valuable equipment.

“Preferred” CSA Features

Our’s Preferred support agreement provides excellent customer service and support from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. This package does not offer on-site software support; however, it does give you 24-hour phone support, Monday through Friday! The Preferred contract provides full coverage including preventive maintenance at a fixed annual cost. All Imagesetter and Platesetter “Preferred agreements” include coverage on the engine and the processor. With a 10% discount on all future training, this program will continue to be a “Best Seller” for those customers who require all-inclusive care during normal business hours.

“Critical 12” CSA Features

Fujifilm’s Critical 12 is our most popular support agreement to date. This contract offers extended hours for on-site service as well as on-site software support!  Between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., in your time zone, Monday through Friday, you will be fully covered 12 hours per day! For a little extra insurance, your phone support is extended to 24 hours per day, 5 days per week! This program is just the thing for those customers who require the security of knowing that their entire line, front-end, platesetter, processor and stacker systems are covered by Fujifilm’s best. (Conveyors too, if they are on the same system!) And don’t forget about the 25% discount on all future training!

“Critical 24” CSA Features

Fujifilm’s Critical 24 support agreement is the premier service contract. This contract provides full coverage, remote and on-site, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week! This coverage also includes parts, labor, shipping and preventive maintenance calls! As an added bonus to this “Extreme Coverage”, you also get a 50% discount on all future training! This program will continue to be the primary choice for those who require all-inclusive, 24-hour coverage. Please call for availability and pricing.
