Our Technical Services Group was formed when Fujifilm merged its outstanding service department and the talent of several dealers when FUJIFILM Graphic Systems U.S.A., Inc. was formed. This national service organization is focused on the needs of our local customers around the country. A toll free phone number (800-359-3854) will get you in contact with us 24 hours a day. Agents are standing by to assist you, whether you need remote support, parts, on site service etc.Technical Response Center
Has a full staff of technical assistance that is available during our extended business hours from 7:00am - 7:00pm. Central Standard Time. Our team resolves a high number of issues remotely resulting in less downtime for you. Even when a remote fix is not possible we are able to assist the field with parts - needs analysis, failure tracking, and problem escalation and over the phone troubleshooting.Service Coordinating
A team of service coordinators are focused on arranging for service and installations efficiently and effectively. With the help of world-class service management, this group is able to coordinate the activities of the field service technicians based on what is right for the customer.Field Technical Support Staff
Our field staff is fully trained and certified on most devices currently sold by FUJIFILM Graphic Systems U.S.A., Inc.. The Fujifilm Standard Care CSA is designed to offer quality coverage for E.I. and DDCP products at a lower upfront cost. This program not only ensures that regular preventative maintenances will be performed but provides full coverage on critical component replacements. All other service is charged at 50% of Fujifilm's Labor, Parts, and Travel Rates."Technical Advantage" CSA Features
Our Technical Advantage CSA is a one-year program that gives your company complete flexibility and control of your service budget dollar by allowing you to purchase parts and service at a discounted rate. This service credit can be used for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, system and software upgrades, training, configuration, consultative services, color management or any service our technicians are certified and authorized to perform.
